Android Jelly Bean Apps for Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo

You can get many good Jelly Bean apps on your Sony Xperia Neo. This is really exciting news. One of the active members at XDA named sujeesh.p7 came up with this particular invention and this is something that can give Xperia Neo users a warm Jelly Bean apps experience. We are heartily thankful to him for imparting Xperia Neo a futuristic attitude.

Sony Xperia Neo, by no doubt is one of the wonderful produces of Sony. It is an Android handset that becomes compatible with updates and provides the users the very best user experience. Just last month there was official Ice Cream Sandwich roll out for Xperia Neo handsets. This happened in June and now in July we have Jelly Bean apps on Xperia Neo.

Now, talking about the developer, Sujeesh is a developer in Calicut, Indiaand is a student. He did this brilliant work by uploading many useful Jelly Bean 4.1 apps on Xperia Neo. Here’s the list of apps he came up with:

Street.apk

GoogleEars.apk

Google Now and Voice search working only on JB

He also added an update of modified wallet.apk as working on ICS and Jelly Bean sound search. All these download links you will be able to find in the official thread of XDA (given at the end of this post).

We hope that Xperia Neo users would be thrilled with this. If at all you have any issues you can directly post your doubts here or at the official thread. But before you download anything, we would like to make it clear that we have not tested these apps on our handset as we don’t own one. But as per the discussions available on the official thread, it seems that some of the downloads are working perfectly.

Even though Sony has confirmed that it is not going to roll out Jelly Bean updates officially so very soon, developers have already started putting their efforts in this direction. They are trying to make Jelly Bean ROMs, apps etc. for various handsets. Sony phone users should seek satisfaction from such custom made developments at this point in time till Sony releases anything officially.
