Many users are asking us that whether there are any chances that Jelly Bean would come up for Micromax Funbook anytime soon? We hope, you know what Jelly Bean is? Jelly Bean is the latest Android platform with version number 4.1. Only Google Nexus has this as of now. In Mid-July Google is planning to launch this operating system. But as you now developers start coming up with their own developments quickly and thus there are many Jelly Bean ROMs available as of now for various phones like Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy S2, Samsung Galaxy S3, and HTC One X. Well, there’s one more hope here. Since Micromax Funbook runs on ICS 4.0 there is a hope that if the compatibility issues do not occur then Micromax Funbook can get Jelly Bean update in future. And when this happens, believe us users would have an improved user interface, some positive changes in home screen and a smoother buttery experience. Micromax has not announced anything on this till now. But if the company wants to stay into competition then it should take certain bold and strategic steps likeflashing official Jelly Bean on Micromax Funbook in future. Right now, we can only wait and watch.

Get a Motorola Droid Razr for $111.11 at Amazon Wireless

Motorola has launched their Droid Razr smartphone today via Verizon Wireless but it’s Amazon Wireless that is offering the best deal to new subscribers. To celebrate today’s date (11-11-2011), Amazon is selling the Droid Razr for only $111.11, down from the regular price of $299.99.

As with most good deals, there are a few restrictions you need to be aware of. First, the deal only applies to new Verizon Wireless customers. Existing customers eligible for an upgrade are reportedly being offered the phone for $249, although we haven’t been able to independently confirm that. A two year service agreement seals the deal, which is par for the course with smartphone contacts these days.

Additionally, Amazon’s fine print states that users who receive this deal must maintain service with Verizon in good standing for a minimum of 181 consecutive days. Failure to activate the phone or if service is canceled before 181 days will result in a $250 charge per device.

This isn’t the first time that Amazon has offered Verizon phones at a ridiculously low price. Last month the company offered all Verizon phones (minus the iPhone) for one penny to new subscribers who signed a two year contact. That deal lasted nearly a week; we are unsure how long today’s deal runs. As of writing, the phone is listed as backordered on Amazon’s website with a note that suggests it will ship in 8 to 9 days.

Crucial M4 SSDs get mainstream pricing

Although Micron began shipping review samples of its RealSSD C400 (Crucial M4) a few weeks ago, the company has been quiet about pricing. Naturally, this made it difficult for hardware reviewers to depict the drive's value accurately. The RealSSD C400 represents a mild performance gain over last year's C300 during light workloads, but it's handily dispatched by competing drives from OCZ and Intel when it comes to heavy multitasking.

Obviously that's okay if the C400's price reflects its inferior performance -- there's nothing wrong with delivering an entry-level product. Fortunately, Micron seems to be taking that route, as the 128GB, 256GB and 512GB versions will sell later this month for $250, $500 and $1,000. That's on par with the existing C300 drives which are available for $255 (128GB) and $485 (256GB), as well as Intel's mainstream 320 Series SSDs.

As it stands, folks shopping for a high-end SSD should probably have their sights set on OCZ's Vertex 3 line, which has topped performance charts around the Web. The Vertex 3 is gradually appearing online in 120GB and 240GB flavors for $300 and $530, but it doesn't seem to be in stock anywhere at the moment. Meanwhile, Intel's performance 510 Series SSDs are available for $285 (120GB) and $615 (250GB) through Newegg.
