2. Download and place the app on your desktop.
3. Take USB cable and connect the phone to PC.
4. Shift the Walkman app from PC to the root folder of SD card.
5. Just after the file is shifted you must remove the connection between your Xperia handset and the PC.
6. Switch off the phone.
7. Reboot your phone into clockworkmod recovery.
8. Once you are done with that in the reconvert, choose install zip from SD card>Choose zip from SD card.
9. Now, you must try to locate the Walkman app that you had shifted from PC to the phone.  When you find it, select the same for flashing.
10. Just after flashing gets over you need to choose Reboot system now from Recovery menu.

Pre-Requisites for Installing CM10 on Sony Xperia Neo V

1. You need to root the phone.
2. You must unlock the bootloader.
3. Install CWM Recovery.
