This has been ported from Nexus and thus the ROM already has Google Apps loaded in it. Procedure to Install Jelly Bean CM10 ROM on HTC Desire

  1. The very first thing you must do is download the CM10 Jelly Bean ROM from here: http://d-h.st/Nax.
  2. Do not extract the ROM file. Just copy the file to HTC Desire’s SD card.
  3. Turn off the phone.
  4. Boot into Recovery.
  5. Nandroid back up of the currentROM.After that choose Back up and Restore and press Back up.
  6. Factory Reset.
  7. Choose Install Zip from SD card.
  8. Click on Choose Zip from SD card.
  9. Make selection of CM10 ROM file.
  10. Select Go Back.
  11. Reboot the system now so that the device gets booted on CM10 Jelly Bean.
