Enermax Bringing New CPU Cooler Lineup to CeBIT 2011

Enermax are a well known company for their quality power supplies aswell as their rather eccentric cases and blingy fans. Now they’re making an entry into the CPU cooling market.

Little information is surrounding the new coolers right now, however there are a couple of details and a picture of a cooler making the rounds today. The cooler will be based on the principles of vortex generator flow technology and will feature two Twister fans which are able to supply high amounts of airflow while maintaining a relatively low operating noise. The fans do feature bright red LED’s, however they will be able to be turned off via a switch attached to the fans themselves.

As for other details, there will be six copper heatpipes in direct contact with the CPU while the fans should be powered via a 4-pin power connector, however that’s yet to be verified. Enermax will be showing off their new cooling range at CeBIT which will be hosted in Hannover, Germany from March 1st to 5th. The coolers are expected to start hitting shelves soon after that.

There’s not alot to judge the cooling line-up from Enermax on with little information being currently available. More information is expected to make it’s way down the grape vine soon however, with Enermax wanting to generate plenty of interest in their new products on the leadup to CeBIT.

Do you think Enermax might be onto a winner with their latest foray into the cooling market? Drop us a comment below and be sure to let us know.a
